Information We Collect

When you create or access an account, DIANALITICS may collect your email address, authentication provider identifiers, account role, subscription status and basic account settings.

If you sign in with Google, we use Google OAuth to authenticate your account. We request only the information needed to identify and secure your account, such as your email address and basic profile identifier.

If you sign in with Facebook, we use Facebook Login through a server-side OAuth redirect. We receive only your email address, name and Facebook user identifier — the minimum needed to identify and secure your account. Meta Platforms is a recipient of this data, and any transfer to the United States relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not load Facebook tracking scripts, pixels or cookies on the site.

When you use the platform, we may store product usage records such as watchlist entries, catalyst alerts, due diligence requests, language preferences and operational logs needed to provide and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use account information to provide authentication, access control, subscription features, support, security monitoring and product functionality.

We use usage records to operate features such as saved companies, alerts, on-demand research requests and billing status checks.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use Google or Facebook user data for advertising purposes; we do not load advertising or tracking pixels from these providers.

payments

Payments and Third-Party Providers

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. DIANALITICS stores subscription identifiers and status needed to authorize Premium features, but does not store card numbers or payment method details.

We may rely on infrastructure, authentication, email and hosting providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their respective services.

cookie

Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics

DIANALITICS does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To keep you signed in, the platform stores authentication tokens (a JWT and a refresh token) and minor preferences such as language and theme in your browser's local storage. These are strictly necessary to provide the service you request and are not used to track you.

We measure aggregate, anonymous usage with a self-hosted analytics tool that does not set cookies and does not store your IP address or any data that identifies you individually. Because no personal data or tracking identifiers are involved, no cookie consent banner is required.

Web fonts are served directly from our own domain; no fonts or similar resources are loaded from third-party content networks while you browse.

Research Content and Financial Data

Research outputs are generated from publicly available information, internal analytical frameworks and stated assumptions.

User account data is not used to provide personalized investment advice. DIANALITICS does not make individualized recommendations based on personal circumstances.

lock

Data Retention and Security

We retain account and service records for as long as needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

mail

Newsletter and Email

The weekly newsletter (market moves of the tracked due diligence reports and newly published analyses) is sent ONLY to users who explicitly asked for it. The box is never pre-ticked and registering does not subscribe you.

We use double opt-in: after you tick the box we email that address a confirmation link, and the subscription starts only when you open it. An address entered by mistake, or by someone else, therefore never receives anything. We record the moment consent was confirmed.

The legal basis for the newsletter is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, with no explanation, from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or from the Account page; withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Catalyst alerts are a separate, service-related setting you enable per event: unsubscribing from the newsletter does not switch them off, and vice versa.

For the newsletter we process your email address and whether and when consent was given. We keep that record for as long as the subscription lasts and for a limited period afterwards, so we can demonstrate that a message was legitimately sent.

Your Choices

You may choose not to use Google or Facebook sign-in and may manage your subscription through the available account and Stripe billing tools.

You can enable or disable the newsletter and the catalyst alerts independently from your Account page.

To request account support, correction or deletion, contact the support address shown on the platform or OAuth consent screen.
